Shipping & Delivery
Every order is personally reviewed by our team before it goes out. We fulfill from multiple locations to get your order to you as efficiently as possible — the fulfillment location depends on which items you ordered and current stock availability.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Estimates
Apparel & Accessories — 2–6 business days after processing.
Jewelry & Honor Pieces — 5–10 business days after processing. Jewelry ships separately and may arrive under a different tracking number. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
Tracking
Track your order anytime via our Tracking Page or the link in your confirmation email. Tracking updates can sometimes take 2–3 business days to appear in the system — if you don't see movement yet, sit tight.
You can also check your order status at any time through our Tracking Page.
Lost or Missing Orders
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship exactly as entered. If you spot an error, contact us within 24 hours at hello@thehonorunionusa.com and we'll fix it before it ships.
