At The Honor Union, we stand behind the quality of our products and our mission. This policy governs all refund and return requests for purchases made at thehonorunionusa.com. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full, including all eligibility requirements and limitations.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all product purchases. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Requests made after thirty (30) days from the confirmed delivery date are not eligible and will not be approved.
• Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD FOLLOWING THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED OUTSIDE THIS TIMEFRAME WILL BE DENIED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes conclusive proof of delivery and establishes the start of the 30-day window, even without a signature.
2. Non-Eligible Refund Requests
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
• Refund requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
• Shipping and handling fees.
• Requests made outside the stated policy terms regardless of reason.
3. Subscriptions & Recurring Charges
3.1 Subscription Refund Policy
The Honor Club membership is billed at $29.99 every 28 days, beginning 14 days after your initial order. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to physical product purchases and does not apply to Honor Club membership charges.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to cancel their Honor Club membership before the next billing date. Failure to cancel prior to a renewal billing date does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
YOUR HONOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVERY 28 DAYS AT $29.99 UNTIL CANCELLED. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THESE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS AS DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Honor Club membership at any time by logging into your member portal or by emailing Hello@thehonorunionusa.com. To avoid a recurring charge, cancellation must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed at the time of cancellation.
3.4 Billing Information
You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate billing information. Updates can be made through your member portal or by contacting Hello@thehonorunionusa.com.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at Hello@thehonorunionusa.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion. This remedy is available in addition to, and does not affect, your 30-day money-back guarantee eligibility.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a one-time order within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting Hello@thehonorunionusa.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request within the eligible 30-day window:
• Email Hello@thehonorunionusa.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
• If a return is required, ship the item using a trackable carrier to the address provided in your return authorization. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. Bank posting times may vary.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at Hello@thehonorunionusa.com to initiate a carrier investigation. Refund or replacement eligibility for lost packages is determined following completion of the carrier investigation and is subject to the 30-day window from the confirmed or estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including approved refund requests. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect, in which case The Honor Union will provide a prepaid return label.
9. Policy Amendments
The Honor Union reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the then-current policy.
10. Acknowledgment of Policy
BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH THE HONOR UNION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS REFUND POLICY IN THEIR ENTIRETY, INCLUDING ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS.
